中西医结合疗法在胫骨平台骨折术后康复治疗中的应用

Tibial Plateau Fracture Treatment of Postoperative Rehabilitation in Integrative Therapy

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法在临床胫骨平台骨折术后患者康复治疗中的应用与效果。方法:采取数字随机法将我院收治的96例胫骨平台骨折术后患者分成甲乙两组各48例,分别给予其常规西医与中西医结合疗法,观察两组康复效果。结果:经康复治疗后,两组患者术后均恢复较好,膝关节功能有所改善,其中,甲组优良率为77.08%,同乙组的93.75%相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床胫骨平台骨折术后患者,在常规功能锻炼指导的同时,给予其中医康复治疗,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the effects of integrative therapy and rehabilitation in clinical tibial plateau fracture surgery patients. Methods ： 96 bases of tibial plateau fracture patients divided into two groups of 48 eases of A and B by digital random method in our hospital, respectively to give them conventional Western medicine and integrative therapy, and observed the rehabilitation effects. Results ： After rehabilitation, two groups of patients were recovered well after surgery, knee function improved, group A good rate is 77.08 percent, it was significant difference compared to group B with 93.75 percent （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions ： For clinical tibial plateau fracture patients, while regular exercise guidance, given its rehabilitation medicine treatment, the effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
