补肾壮骨方加减治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction on Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:观察补肾壮骨方加减治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法:选取2014年8月—2015年8月我院收治的强直性脊柱炎患者96例,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用磺胺嘧啶片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用补肾壮骨方加减,对比观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的疾病活动指数、功能指数、脊柱痛、夜间痛均小于对照组(P<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义;观察组患者的血清C-反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的有效率为93.8%,明显高于对照组的70.8%,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮骨方加减治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的疾病活动指数和功能指数,缓解关节疼痛,且治疗过程中未出现不良反应,疗效安全可靠,值得在临床推广应用。

Ojective： To observe the efficacy of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction on treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：To select from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital 96 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients, according to randomized into observation group and control group, the control group treated with sulfadiazinc tablets, treatment group treated with Bushen Zhuanggu on the basis of control group Decoction, comparative clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment. Results ： Observation group disease activity index, function index, spinal pain, night pain were less than the control group （P〈0.05）, a statistically significant difference between two groups; Observation group serum C-reactive protein, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate were low than the control group, there are differences between the two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）; the effective rate of 93.8% in the observation group, significantly higher than the control group 70.8%, the difference between two groups was significantly （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction treatment of ankylosing spondylitis significant effect, can effectively improve the patients＇ disease activity index and function index, relieve joint pain, and adverse reactions during treatment does not appear, efficacy was safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
