中医整体护理对药物流产孕妇成功率及子宫复旧的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Holistic Nursing on Drug Abortion Success Rate and Uterine Involution

目的:探讨中医整体护理对药物流产孕妇成功率及子宫复旧的影响。方法:将120例进行药物流产的孕妇随机分为两组(n=60),两组均运用米索前列醇、米非司酮进行药物流产,对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组增加中医整体护理措施,对比两组的流产成功率、月经恢复时间。结果:研究组的流产成功率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组的阴道出血持续时间、月经恢复时间均明显比对照组更短,P<0.05。结论:对药物流产孕妇实施中医整体护理,能有效提高药流成功率,促进流产后的子宫复旧,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective ： To explore the effect of holistic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on drug abortion success rate and uterine involution. Methods： 120 pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups （ n=60 ）. The two groups were treated with misoprostol and mifepristone for medical abortion. The control group were treated with routine nursing, the research group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Results ： The success rate of the study group was 93.33%, significantly higher than the control group of 70%, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The vaginal bleeding duration and the menstrual recovery time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the duration of vaginal bleeding was significantly shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion ： The implementation of TCM holistic nursing of drug abortion of pregnant women, can effectively improve the success rate of medical abortion, promote abortion after the involution of uterus has important clinical value.
