摘要
"植物蛋白工艺学"是粮食工程专业的主干课程之一。立足于专业课教学的特点,以应用型人才的培养为目标,对该课程进行教学改革探索。分析目前该课程教学中存在的问题,在此基础上提出教改措施,以促进学生的全面发展,为培养适应社会发展的应用型人才奠定基础。
Plant Protein Technology is one of the main courses of cereal engineering. In this paper, the teaching reform of the course aiming at cultivation of applied talents is explored based on the characteristics of professional teaching. The problems existing in the course teaching are analyzed, and the measures of the teaching reform are raised in this paper. The teaching reform will promote the all-round development of students, and lay the foundation for the training of applied talents to adapt to the social development.
