摘要
以达州公益慈善会为个案,立足于中西方传统文化的差异、地方经济发展状况、政府职能转变、地方社会文化和社会工作本土化影响因素,对达州社会公益组织面临的资金支持问题、人力资源问题、志愿者团队问题、组织注册问题等困难进行分析;在目前达州社会公益组织发展状况的基础上,探讨公益性社会组织的自我完善、政府职能转变和达州社会的和谐发展。
This paper takes the Public Charity in Dazhou as a case to research such difficulties as finance supports, human refsources, volunteer teams, and registration. These difficulties are relevant to the culture differences between the East and West, the condition of local economy, the shift of government functions, the locla culture, and the localization of social affairs. Furtherly, the paper will make researches on the self--improvement of the public welfare institutions, the shif of government functions and the harmonious development in Dazhou.
