A Study of Indistinctive Bombardments on Songpan from Japanese Army:A Survey on the Base of Files

松潘在抗战期间惨遭侵华日军的无差别轰炸,造成了巨大的人员伤亡和经济财产损失。虽然被炸后松潘县政府及时展开医疗救助,但由于事前政府疏于防患,未做好防空准备,情报不通,民心误会,事后又缺医少药,救济力量有限,大量无辜平民惨遭不幸,大量房屋住宅化为灰烬。

Songpan was indistinctively bombed by Japanese army in the period of Anti- Japanese War, which resulted in a large number of injuries and deaths and economic loss. After the bombardment, Songpan Authority carried on a timely medical assistance, but because before that, the authority was negligent of precautions to defend the air attack, the situation could not be informed, people misunderstood each other, and after that, doctors and medicines were insufficient and the relief power was limited, a number of innocent civilians died a tragic death and numerous houses were destroyed.
