Measurement and Analysis of Agriculture Science ＆ Technology Progress Rate in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp （XPCC）

研究采用农业部1997年颁布的全国统一规定方法，计算兵团农业科技进步贡献率，并对测算结果进行分析研究，探讨了兵团农业科技进步的影响因素，并提出了加快兵团农业科技进步的建议。

By using Solow growth rate equation, which is issued by the Secretary in the Ministry of Agricuhure to measure agriculture science and technology progress rate in China, accounting and analysis the rate of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp （XPCC）. Explored the factors affected the progress of agricultural science and technology of XPCC, and put forward suggestions to promote the progress of agricultural science and technology finally.
