球墨铸铁采用30SiFe孕育剂的试验研究

摘要 试验了一种w(Si)量较低的30SiFe孕育剂在QT400-18上的使用情况,结果显示:(1)球墨铸铁采用BS-1和30SiFe孕育后得到的石墨形态、石墨数量均较好,30SiFe孕育后石墨形态与石墨球数随孕育增Si量的增加呈下降趋势,而BS-1孕育后石墨的圆整度、均匀度都呈上升趋势。(2)力学分析表明,采用30SiFe和BS-1孕育后的球墨铸铁性能均达到要求,当孕育增Si量<0.3%时,30SiFe的孕育效果较为明显;而当孕育增Si量>0.3%时,BS-1孕育效果优于30SiFe。(3)从微观组织、力学性能及回炉料合理使用等方面综合考虑,当孕育增Si量<0.3%时,建议采用30SiFe孕育剂;当孕育增Si量>0.3%时,建议采用BS-1孕育剂。 A sort of lower Si content-containing ferrosilicon 30SiFe was tried to produce QT400-18 grade nodular cast iron.The result showed:(1)After using BS-1 and 30 SiFe for inoculation,both the graphite morphology and graphite number of the nodular iron were relatively better,after using 30 SiFe for inoculation,the graphite morphology and graphite number exhibited downtrend with increase of the Si content,however after using BS-1 for inoculation both the graphite roundness and uniformity exhibited rising tendency.(2)Mechanics analysis showed that,after using BS-1 and 30 SiFe for inoculation,all the mechanical properties of the nodular iron met requirements,and when the Si increasing amount 0.3%,the inoculating effect of the 30 SiFe was relatively obvious,however,when the Si increasing amount 〉0.3%,the inoculating effect of BS-1was better than 30 SiFe.(3)Considering comprehensively the microstructure,mechanical properties and rational usage of the returning materials,it was suggested to use 30 SiFe inoculant when the Si increasing amount 〈0.3%,and to use BS-1 inoculant when the Si increasing amount 〉0.3%.
