介绍了公司近10年发展历程中遇到的因型砂的不同参数变化对铸件产生的各种影响,并结合实际生产情况,不断改进型砂工艺和使用新材料,修订参数标准,稳定铸件质量,满足客户需求。重点分析和探索型砂中原材料、微粉含量、热砂问题、旧砂水分、芯砂涌入、型砂质量控制等实际问题,通过以下措施:细化型砂粒度,增加砂型孔隙阻力;增加砂型气体背压,阻止金属液侵入砂型孔隙;控制旧砂温度与水分,减少铸件热粘砂;根据季节合理处理型砂参数,使铸件表面光洁度发生了质的飞跃,赢得用户的好评。
The effect of different foundry sand parameters on casting which encountered in the course of ten years was introduced.According to the practical production,molding sand and materials were continuous improvement. By revised standard parameters and stabilized quality,products meet the need of customers. The raw materials of sand,micro-grains content,hot sand,moisture of reused sand,the core sand influx and the quality of molding sand were analyzed and explored.By taken the countermeasures of grain size refinement,increasing the mold pore resistance,increasing the gas back pressure of sand,preventing the liquid metal into the mold pore,control of re-used sand temperature and moisture,reducing hot sticky sand on casting and changing parameters of molding sand according to the season,the casting surface finish has a qualitative leap,that win the user's praise.
