摘要
介绍了工程机械箱体的铸件结构及技术要求,生产过程中,该箱体上表面经常出现气孔、油道孔经常出现烧结,石墨长度一直维持在40μm以上,铸件难以达到客户要求。通过增加扁出气以及明冒口,加大溢流量,采用含宝珠砂的覆膜砂制作油道孔砂芯,解决了该箱体上平面气孔缺陷、油道孔烧结问题。通过增加0.4%~0.6%的Cu,以及多次孕育,使该箱体的石墨长度控制在32μm以下,本体硬度达到180~190 HB,最终使该箱体达到客户要求。
The configuration and technical requirements of a construction machinery box casting were introduced. There were blowholes often occurring on the top surface of the box,sand-sintering occurring in its oil canal hole and the graphite length always kept more than 40 μm,so that the casting could not meet the requirements of client. By setting flat venting holes and an open riser to increase overflowing iron melt amount and by using resin coated pearl sand to make the sand core for the oil canal hole,the blowhole on the top surface and sand-sintering defect in the oil canal hole had been eliminated. By adding0.4% ~0.6% Cu and by using multiple inoculation process,the graphite length of the box casting had been controlled less than 32 μm,the hardness of the casting body reached 180 ~190 HB,and thereby,the box casting had lastly met client's requirements.
