摘要 介绍了发动机缸体铸件脉纹缺陷及形成机理,归纳了脉纹缺陷产生的影响因素是砂子、粘结剂和金属液。根据大量研究和长期实践,提出了防止脉纹缺陷产生的多项措施。最终在其它材料性能、制芯、造型、熔炼和浇注工艺保持不变的情况下,在原整体挺杆室芯砂配方的基础上添加混砂总量5%的Vienseal 18抗脉纹剂,取消在整体挺杆室砂芯上涂刷绝热涂料,解决了脉纹缺陷,提高了铸件产品质量,并且减少了铸件挺杆室砂芯的清理工作量,提高了工作效率。 The veining defect of the engine cylinder block casting and its formation mechanism were introduced. The factors influencing the formation of the veining defect were summarized as the sand,binder and metal liquid. Based on the great deal of investigation and long time practice,the multiple measures to prevent veining defect formation were proposed. Lastly,under the condition of keeping other material properties,core-making process,molding process,melting and pouring process unchanged,by adding 5% Vienseal 18 anti-veining agent of the sand mixing volume on the base of the former core sand mixing ratio,cancelling brushing thermo-insulated coating of the tappet room core,the veining defect was eliminated,the casting quality was improved,and the cleaning workload of the tappet room core was reduced,the working efficiency was increased.
