胃食管反流病的病理生理新发现 被引量:5

摘要 胃食管反流病(GERD)是胃内容物反流入食管导致的以反酸、烧心为主的一组症状。高分辨食管测压、食管腔内阻抗等新检测技术的应用发现,除了下食管括约肌压力下降、一过性下食管括约肌松弛(TLESR)、食管清除功能下降外,上皮间隙增宽,酸袋、反流诱发的黏膜免疫反应等也可影响食管的感知运动功能,诱发症状。此外,近端反流、气体反流、纵行肌收缩、周边和中枢敏感化等多个机制也参与 GERD 症状的产生。我们对 GERD 的病理生理改变概述如下。
