摘要
介绍了对硅酸盐细菌分解钾矿石能力的研究 ,并对硅酸盐细菌的促生作用和抑菌作用进行了初步探讨。指出 :硅酸盐细菌无分解钾长石的能力 ;在含菌 1 0 5——— 1 0 7个 /mL的范围内能使萌发率不高的陈旧小麦种子萌发率提高 2— 3倍 ;盆栽试验表明在灭菌土壤里接种硅酸盐细菌比不接种能显著增加苗期植物的生长量 ;平板试验表明硅酸盐细菌对棉枯萎病、小麦全蚀病。
