参附注射液对慢性充血性心衰患者心功能及脑钠肽水平的作用

Effects of the Shenfu injection on heart function and brain natriuretic peptide level in CHF patients

目的:探讨参附注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清NT-pro BNP水平及左心功能的作用。方法:将86例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,两组均予常规抗心衰治疗,观察组同时加用参附注射液,疗程均为14d,比较治疗前后两组血清NT-pro BNP水平与左心功能变化情况。结果:治疗前两组血清NT-pro BNP水平、左心功能无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组血清NT-pro BNP水平均降低,观察组降低幅度更明显,组间差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组LVEDD、LVSDD降低、LVEF升高,改善幅度以观察组较为明显,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭可有效改善患者的左心功能,降低血清NT-pro BNP水平,临床应用安全,效果肯定。

Objective： To observe effects of the Shenfu injection on NT-proBNP level and left heart function. Methods： 86 cases were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group, 43 cases in each group. Two groups were given conventional treatment. The observed group was given the Shenfu injection more, for 14 days. Results： Before treatment, difference of NT-proBNP level and left heart function between groups was not statistically signiifcant （P〉0.05）. After treatment, NT-proBNP level was decreased, and the decreasing was better in the observed group （P〈0.05）. LVEDD and LVSDD were decreased; LVEF was increased. The situation was better in the observed group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Shenfu injection can effective ly improve left heart function, decrease NT-proBNP level, with safety and good effcacy.
