补肾益气组方对50例老年气肾两虚证患者免疫系统的影响

The influence of the Bushen Yiqi prescription on immune system of elderly patients with the Qishen Liangxu syndrome

目的:观察老年气肾两虚证患者的免疫功能状况及补肾益气方对其的调节作用。方法:50例老年气肾两虚患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组给予补肾益气组方治疗,疗程30d,检测T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)、B细胞、免疫球蛋白、补体等免疫指标于用药前后的表达情况,并与对照组进行比较。结果:补肾益气组方能显著提高老年气肾两虚证患者的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8值,提高NK细胞,对免疫球蛋白、补体、B细胞无明显影响。结论:补肾益气组方对与老年气虚肾虚证相关的免疫紊乱有较好的调节作用,尤其是细胞免疫,对体液免疫无明显影响。

Objective： To observe the immune function of the elderly patients with the Qishen Liangxu syndrome, and the role of the Bushen Yiqi prescription in regulating the situation. Methods： 50 elderly patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 25 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with the Bushen Yiqi prescription for 30 days. The expression of Flymphoayte subsets, NK cell, B cell, immunoglobulin, complement and others immune indexes before and after the treatment were detected and compared with those in the control group. Results： The Bushen Yiqi prescription could noticeably elevate values of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8, increase the level of NK cell. There was no signiifcant effects on immunoglobulin, complement, and B cell. Conclusion： The Bushen Yiqi prescription played a better regulatory role on treating immune system of elderly patients with the Qishen Liangxu syndrome, especially for the cellular immune function, but showed no signiifcant effects on humoral immunity.
