中药朱砂的临床合理应用及管理方法研究

目的:研究中药朱砂的临床合理应用及管理方法。方法:选取我院80例应用朱砂进行治疗的患者作为研究对象,分析朱砂的合理应用及管理与疗效之间的关系。结果:中药朱砂临床合理应用及管理后疗效明显优于管理前,不良反应发生率减少,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中药朱砂炮制、用药量、用药时间和临床合理用药与管理密切相关,只有保证临床合理应用及规范管理才能减少不良反应,实现临床安全有效用药。

Objective： To study the clinical reasonable application and management of Zhusha. Methods： 80 patients received Zhusha in our hospital were selected, in order to analyze the relationship between reasonable application and management of Zhusha and effcacy. Results： Clinical reasonable application and management of Zhusha could get good effects, with less incidences of adverse reactions （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There is a close relationship among processing, dosage, administration time, rational drug use and management. Clinical reasonable application and management could decrease incidences of adverse reactions, and gain clinical safety and effective medication.
