针灸辅以中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating lumbar disc herniation by acupuncture plus TCM medicine

目的:分析针灸辅以中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院在2012年2月-2015年1月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者326例为研究对象,依照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用双氧芬酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组患者采取针灸辅以中药治疗,分析两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(83.4%)显著高于对照组(66.3%),P<0.05,观察组患者JOA积分为(27.85±3.64),显著高于对照组的(21.26±4.28),P<0.05,观察组不良反应发生率(0.0%)显著低于对照组(7.4%),P=0.000。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中采用针灸辅以中药治疗,能够提高治疗效果,减轻疼痛,具有使用价值。

Objective： To analyze effcacy of acupuncture plus TCM medicine on lumbar disc herniation, and provide more reference for clinic. Methods： From February 2012 to January 2015, 326 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets; and the observation group was given acupuncture plus TCM medicine. Effcacy in two groups was compared. Results： The total effciency was 83.4% in the observation group, better than 66.3% in the control group （P〈0.05）. JOA score was （27.85±3.64） in the observation group, higher than （21.26±4.28） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Incidence of adverse reactions was 0.0% in the observation group, lower than 7.4% in the control group （P=0.000）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus TCM medicine on lumbar disc herniation could improve effcacy, with less pains, and was worthy of promotion.
