天麻钩藤饮加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变51例

Treating 51 cases of DPN with Tian'ma Gouteng Yin

目的:观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照法将患者分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,连续治疗8周,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮加减可明显改善临床症状、体征,降低中医证候积分,没有增加不良反应,适合临床推广使用。

Objective： Clinical effects of Tian’ma Gouteng Yin on DPN were observed. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into two groups; the control group received conventional treatment; the treatment group was given Tian’ma Gouteng Yin, for 8 weeks. Clinical effcacy in groups was compared. Results： Clinical effcacy in the treatment group was higher; there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating DPN with Tian’ma Gouteng Yin could improve clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the symptom score, not increase adverse reaction, and was worthy of promotion.
