溃疡性直肠炎应用柳氮磺吡啶栓联合中药保留灌肠治疗的效果分析

An effective analysis of treating ulcerative rectitis with sulfasalazine suppository plus TCM retention enema

目的:探讨柳氮磺吡啶栓与中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性直肠炎的疗效。方法:将66例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各33例。对照组应用柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行中药保留灌肠,对比两组的疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为93.94%,较对照组的72.73%提高更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组的症状评分及结肠镜检评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柳氮磺吡啶栓与中药保留灌肠治疗UR能够显著提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective： Clinical effects of sulfasalazine suppository plus TCM retention enema on ulcerative rectitis were investigated. Methods： 66 patients were divided into the observed group and the control group, 33 cases in each. The control group was given sulfasalazine suppository; the observed group received TCM retention enema. Clinical effcacy in groups was compared. Results： The total effciency in the observed group was 93.94%, higher than 72.73% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Symptom score and colonoscopy rating in both groups were noticeably decreased compared with before; and those indexes in the observed group were much lower. Conclusion： Sulfasalazine suppository plus TCM retention enema on ulcerative rectitis could obviously improve clinical effcacy, and was worthy of extensive application.
