摘要
目的:观察针刀治疗胸椎小关节紊乱症的疗效。方法:对58例胸椎小关节紊乱患者采用针刀治疗,总有效率达到100%。结论:针刀可消除无菌性炎症,解除神经所受的挤压和刺激,使疼痛自然缓解。
Objective： Clinical effcacy of acupotome on thoracic vertebra small joint disorder was observed. Methods： 58 patients were given acupotome; the total efficiency was 100%. Conclusion： Acupotome could eliminate aseptic inflammation, relieve nerve compression and irritation, and naturally relief pain.
