葡萄籽源按摩基础油制备工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以超临界CO2萃取的葡萄籽油为原料,对其开发为按摩基础油的精炼方法和工艺条件进行优化研究。结果表明:最佳脱胶工艺为温度60℃,加水量4%,水化时间20 min,脱胶之后磷脂含量为0.0092%;以活性白土为吸附剂,最佳脱色工艺为温度70℃,活性白土加量3%,时间25 min,在此条件下脱色率达到80.33%,所得葡萄籽油颜色淡黄色、酸值0.852 mg KOH/g、过氧化值1.988 mmol/kg;采用气质联用仪进行脂肪酸组成分析,不饱和脂肪酸相对含量达84.55%,其中亚油酸、油酸相对含量分别为63.01%、19.17%。 The grape seed oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction technology as the material in this research. The refi ning methods and process conditions for massage base oil development from grape seed oil were studied. Results showed that the optimal conditions for degumming process was temperature 60 ℃, water added 4%, hydration time 20 min, phospholipid content was 0.0092% after degumming. The activated clay was determined as adsorbent.The optimal conditions for decolorization process was temperature 70 ℃, activated clay added 4%, time 25 min, the decolorization rate was 80.33%. The color of grape seed oil was light yellow, acid value was 0.852 and peroxide value was 1.988 mmol/kg, fatty acid composition was analysised by GC-MS, the relative contents of unsaturated fatty acid was 84.55%, of which linoleic acid and oleic acid relative content was 63.01% and 19.17% respectively.
