摘要
为提高合理配置集装箱码头桥吊的水平,以上海某集装箱码头为研究对象,综合考虑其月度装卸箱量的离散化特征,运用Extendsim软件建立集装箱装卸作业仿真模型,对离散货源需求下的机械配置优化问题进行研究。研究发现:码头月度箱量的离散化程度在金融危机前后有较大差异;月度货源需求的离散化导致桥吊配置存在很大的优化空间。通过对不同离散状态货源需求的桥吊配置情况进行对比分析,发现桥吊利用效率具有差异性,其与离散程度呈反比关系。
For rationalization of the allocation of the bridge cranes of container terminals,the optimization of machine configuration is investigated.The loading/unloading simulation model of a sample container terminal in Shanghai is developed by means of Extendsim software,factoring in the characteristics of monthly loading and unloading capacity of the terminal.The research finds that the discrete degree of monthly container volume is greatly different before and after the financial crisis;the bridge crane configuration needs adaptating to the discrete freight source demand.The efficiencies of the configurations for different freight source demands are compared,which indicates that the efficiency of bridge crane is inversely proportional to the discrete degree of the freight source demand.
