摘要
文中结合新建合福高速铁路站前八标轨枕分部的工程实例,通过对双块式轨枕蒸汽养护原理、蒸汽养护系统建立以及蒸汽养护方案的探讨,确定最佳的蒸汽养护方案,最终解决经蒸汽养护的轨枕混凝土强度不足、表面开裂、脱皮等质量问题,达到轨枕质量优秀,减小废品率,提高工程效益。
This thesis studies the steam curing of twin ties along the 8th contracted section of the newly-built Hefei-Fuzhou high-speed railway.Steam curing principles,system and methods of twin ties are studied to solve the problems of strength deficit,superficial fracture and superficial falling of the concrete ties,thus making high-quality ties,reducing the rejects number and improving efficiency.
