摘要 地源热泵系统是一种高效、节能的采暖空调系统,文中介绍了地源热泵的分类及技术特点,并以西安地区的建筑物为例,利用简单投资回收期、投资回报率、动态费用年值、动态投资回收期等主要参数分析比较了地源热泵系统和传统中央空调系统的技术经济性。结果表明:与传统中央空调系统相比,采用地源热泵系统经营成本低,使用寿命长,在4~5年内可回收增量投资,具有显著的经济优势。 Ground source heat pump is a highly efficient and energy-saving air-conditioning system.It is analysed that the classification and the technical specialty of ground source heat pump.With a civial dwelling in Xi 'an as an example,a comparative calculation is made up for the air conditioning of ground source heat pump paln and the traditional air conditioning plan.The payback period,the return on investment,the cost year-end value and the dynamic investment recovery period are proposed.The results indicate that the ground source heat pump paln has the features of lower operating costs and longer life,and the incremental investment can be recycled between 4 years and 5 years.The ground source heat pump paln features for the distinct economic advantages compared with the traditional plan.
