中国苦水玫瑰花水(露)的超高效液相色谱指纹图谱的建立 被引量:5

摘要 为科学评价玫瑰花水(露)质量及相关标准的建立提供可靠的依据,首次建立了中国苦水玫瑰经蒸馏后所得苦水玫瑰花水(露)的超高效液相色谱指纹图谱。用UPLC-PDA方法测定了从玫瑰生产企业抽取的12份苦水玫瑰花水(露)和5份市售苦水玫瑰花水(露)样品,色谱柱为HSS T3(1.0 mm×150 mm×1.7μm);流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;流速0.1 m L/min;进样量5μL;柱温30℃;检测波长215 nm,另外,利用指纹图谱技术对不同的生产厂家和市场上购买获得的玫瑰花水(露)进行了相似度评价。结果发现,中国苦水玫瑰花水(露)样品的UPLC指纹图谱有9个共有峰,主要化学成分为苯乙醇、苯甲醇、香茅醇、芳樟醇、4-松油醇等;所有通过蒸馏所得的样品相似度都在0.9以上,市场上购买的样品相似度较差。研究建立了玫瑰花水(露)的UPLC指纹图谱,该方法稳定、可靠、重复性好,可为中国苦水玫瑰花水(露)的质量评价体系及相关标准的建立提供科学依据。 In this study, the ultra high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) fingerprint profile of Chinese Kushui rose water was established firstly, it provided a reliable data for evaluating the quality of product and establishing relative standard. Twelve rose water samples from rose production enterprises and five samples from market were determined by UPLC-PDA method. The chromatographic separation was implemented on an Acquity HSS T3(1.0 mm×150 mm×1.7 μm)column with a binary system of acetonitrile and water at a flow rate of 0.1 m L/min and PDA detecting wavelength of 215 nm. Moreover, the similarities between the different samples from manufacturers and market were evaluated by this fingerprint technique. The results showed that there were 9 peaks in the UPLC fingerprints of 13 rose water samples, the main chemical components were phenethyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, geraniol, linalool, 4- terpineol etc., the values of similarity were more than 0.9 for all samples obtained by distillation. However, the values of similarity were very poor for samples purchased from market. This method was stable, reliable and reproducible, it could provide a reliable scientific data for evaluating the quality and establishing the standards of rose water.
