摘要
建立了化妆品中硼及硼酸盐的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱检测方法。以硝酸-过氧化氢体系微波消解处理样品,以钇作为内标元素,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。方法线性范围为0~800μg/L,按取样量为0.50 g定容至10.0 m L计算,方法的检出限为36μg/kg,样品加标回收率在93.75%~100.38%之间。
A method for determination of boron and borate in cosmetics by microwave digestion and ICP- MS was established. After the cosmetic samples were digested by nitric acid- hydrogen peroxide system, the boron and borate in them were determined by inductively coupled plasma- mass spectrometry with Yttrium as the internal standard element. The linear range of boron was between 0 and 800 μg/L. Based on the amount of 0.50 g samples, which was set to the volume of 10.0 m L, the detection limit of boron was calculated at 36 μg/kg, and the recoveries of spiked samples ranged in 93.75% to 100.38%.
