超临界萃取魔芋神经酰胺及其保湿功效评价 被引量:4

摘要 以魔芋粉为实验材料,应用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术提取其中的神经酰胺,采用正交试验对萃取压力、乙醇浓度、分离压力3个因素进行了研究,得出最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力35 MPa,乙醇质量分数55%,分离压力10 MPa。将提取得到的魔芋神经酰胺加入基础配方中制成护肤霜,利用Corneometer CM825和Tewameter TM300对其保湿功效进行评价,结果表明魔芋神经酰胺能显著增强护肤霜的保湿功能。 The ceramides were obtained from Konjac powder by supercritical CO2 extraction. The method of orthogonal experiment was used to study the influences of extraction pressure, separation pressure, and the mass fraction of alcohol. The results showed that the best craft conditions of extraction were as follows: extraction pressure 35 MPa, separation pressure 10 MPa, mass fraction of alcohol 55%. After adding the Konjac ceramides into the basic formula of skin cream, the hydration value and water loss value were tested by Corneometer CM825 and Tewameter TM300 respectively to evaluate the moisture function of the cream. The results indicated that the Konjac ceramides can significantly increase the moisturizing efficacy of the skin cream.
