摘要
高温合金再生是有色金属冶炼行业降低原材料成本、保护不可再生矿产资源、节能环保的重要手段,在国内外该领域中广泛使用,屑状返回料的利用是高温合金再生的关键。介绍国内外稀贵有色金属再生的总体情况,分析高温合金屑料的主要特点和分类,并阐述屑料处理的关键技术流程,最后通过对屑料处理过程中关键质量保证参数的分析,给出了屑料取样检测的方案。
Recycling of super alloy is an important method for reducing the cost of rare material,protecting the non renewable mineral resources,energy conservation and environmental protection in the non-ferrous metals melting industry. It is widely used in this field home and abroad. The processing and utilization of turnings revert is the key for super alloy recycling. The general situation of the super alloy recycling industry in domestic and foreign is firstly introduced,and then the characteristic of turnings is analyzed. Thirdly,the key turnings processing technology are analyzed.Finally,quality assurance method of the processed turnings is discussed and the sampling principle is described.
