机械真空技术在宝钢特钢VD炉的应用实践 被引量:3

摘要 机械真空技术因其即开即得、可精确控制、运行可靠、节能环保,正在逐步成为大型真空脱气系统的首选。通过对干式机械泵真空系统与传统蒸汽喷射泵系统的技术比较及国内外应用现状考察,宝钢特钢公司最终决定以合同能源管理模式实施机械真空节能改造。采用瑞士MTAG公司的机械真空技术,量身设计一套真空泵系统替代原来蒸汽喷射泵系统,经过热调试期间典型钢种的脱气性能考核,所有性能指标均优于蒸汽喷射泵,节能率更是高达97%以上。 Mechanical vacuum technology is gradually becoming the first choice for large vacuum degassing system because of its open,accurate control,reliable operation,energy saving and environmental protection. Through the comparison of application status at home and abroad of the technology of the dry mechanical vacuum system and the traditional steam jet pump system,Baosteel Special Steel Company eventually decided to contract energy management implementation of mechanical vacuum energy-saving transformation,the Swiss MTAG mechanical vacuum technology,tailored to design a set of vacuum system to replace the original steam jet pump,after the hot commissioning period of typical steel degassing performance appraisal,all performance indicators were superior to steam jet pump,the energy saving rate is as high as 97% above.
