抗硫化物应力腐蚀试验方法的改进 被引量:2

摘要 随着用于抗硫化物应力腐蚀试验的钢材强度等级越来越高,要求加载的载荷值越来越接近材料的名义屈服强度(如要求加载的载荷值/材料的名义屈服强度接近90%~95%),导致使用传统应力环的单轴拉伸装置在加载时本身存在的系统偏差严重影响试验的结果。为了解决抗硫化物腐蚀单轴拉伸试验中的偏差问题,通过试验测试对比,分析了误差产生的主要原因以及应对方法,论证了采用测力传感器在线控制应力环的加载力可有效减少测量误差,通过改进应力环加载试验的方法可显著减少试验弯矩。 With the steel strength grade of anti sulfide stress corrosion test goes higher,the request load values are closer to the material nominal yield strength( such as 90% ~ 95%),the system deviation of the normal sulfide stress corrosion uniaxial tension device when loading is unable to meet the test requests. In order to solve the anti sulfur corrosion uniaxial tensile test of deviation,through experiment and test,cause of measurement errors and how to solve it are analyzed. By direct measuring the loading force with load cell could reduce the measurement errors effectively. And by improving the loading operation could reduce the bending moment significantly.
