轨道交通车辆段是承担车辆运用管理、整备保养、检查维护的重要部门。针对轨道交通车辆段上盖开发一体化建筑设计,论述了盖上盖下一体化建筑设计的基本构成;重点研究实现车辆段上盖开发一体化建筑设计的关键因素;结合上海轨道交通徐泾车辆段上盖开发工程,系统阐述了建筑一体化设计过程。

Rail transit depot undertakes vehicle management, servicing, inspection and maintenance. The paper introduces the basic components of architectural design for depot integrated development, and mainly studies the key elements for realizing integrated development. Combined with Shanghai Rail Transit Xujing Depot Development, the process of architectural design is illustrated systematically.
