角色理论及其对集体行为者的可行性分析

The Role Theory and Its Analysis about the Feasibility of Collective Actors

当今中国正处于急剧的社会转型期,在这一时期出现了大量的社会冲突和问题。从社会学中的角色理论的视角看,是各种社会角色不适应社会的急剧变化和发展,形成一定的角色错位或是角色紧张原因所致,用角色理论来分析种种社会问题和危机是一个很好的视角和切入点。本文在参考大量文献的基础上,详细解读了社会学中角色理论的含义,在此基础上,从角色互动、社会关系、角色扮演三个理论运思方面来构建角色理论的基本理论框架。在本文的第三部分,进一步论述了角色理论用于分析集体行为者的可行性,为将角色理论应用于对社会团体、组织进行伦理、责任以及社会关系互动等方面的分析扫清了理论障碍。

Nowadays, there are a lot of social conflicts and problems in a period of rapid social transfor-mation in China .From the perspective of role theory in sociology , various social roles are not adapt to the soci-ety of dramatic change and development , forming a role dislocation or is caused by reasons of role strain . Therefore , it is a good perspective and point of entry to analyze all kinds of social problems and crisis with the role theory is.This paper particularly explains the meaning of the role theory in sociology in reference of lots of literatures.On the basis of this, the basic theoretical framework of role theory is constructed from three aspects of theoretical thinking as the character interaction , social relationship and the role play .In the third part of this paper , the role theory for the analysis of the feasibility of collective actors is further discussed to clear a-way obstacles in theory for the application of role theory in the analysis of ethics , responsibility and social in-teraction of social groups and organizations .
