武汉市东湖不同区域水体水质和富营养化分析 被引量:5

摘要 以武汉市东湖为对象,通过定点定时采样、水质分析等方法,对武汉市东湖不同区域不同月份水体水质和富营养化进行了研究。结果表明,10月东湖水体总磷、总氮、氨氮和化学需氧量最大,分别为0.18、1.08、0.46、39.30 mg/L。东湖水体综合营养指数随月份呈现规律性变化趋势,即10月>8月>12月>2月>4月,4月和2月属于轻度富营养,10月、8月和12月属于中度富营养。东湖4个区域水体综合营养指数变化趋势为D区域>A区域>B区域>C区域,东湖D区域和A区域水体属于中度富营养,东湖B区域和C区域水体属于轻度富营养。东湖4个区域湖水细菌总数与湖水富营养化程度呈现正相关,D区域湖水富营养化程度最重,湖水细菌总数也最多、湖水富营养化程度最轻,湖水细菌总数也最少。 The water quality and eutrophication for different areas of the East Lake in Wuhan city was investigated in different months. The results showed that TP,TN,NH3-N and COD of the East Lake water were 0.18,1.18,0.46,39.30 mg / L,respectively, and the highest in October. The comprehensive nutrition index(TLI(Σ)) of the East Lake water had a regularly decreasing tendency among months of October, August, December, February and April. The degree of TLI(Σ) for the East Lake water belonged to moderate eutrophication in October, August, and December, which belonged to light eutrophication in February and April. The comprehensive nutrition index of four areas in the East Lake had a decreasing tendency among D area,A area,B area and C area. The degree of TLI(Σ) for D area and A area belonged to moderate eutrophication,and it belonged to light eutrophication for B area and C area. In four areas water, the total number of bacteria presents a positive correlation with the degree of eutrophication. D area had the highest degree of TLI(Σ) and the highest number of CFU,while C area had the lowest degree of TLI(Σ) and the lowest number of CFU.
