在线射流混药比例控制试验平台研究 被引量:5

摘要 以单片机STC12C5A60S2为核心控制芯片,主要包括电荷放大器、程控放大器、低通滤波器、峰值检测电路等通道,并在CCS环境下进行了系统软件设计,包括主程序设计和中断程序设计。基于此试验平台,进行了在线射流混药比例控制的试验,在离心泵电机转速变化的情况下,观察吸药流量、混合液流量和混药比的大小和变化情况。结果表明,在线射流混药比例控制试验平台可根据不同药液的浓度控制混药比,使混药比的可调范围广,提高了实时自动混药精度,证明了该试验平台方案的可行性,为进一步推广应用打下了坚实的基础。 STC12C5A60S2 MCU as core control chip, including the charge amplifier, the programmable amplifier, the lowpass filter and the peak detector. The software design of the system is under the environment of CCS, including main program design and interrupt program design. Based on this test bench, the test of the online jet mixing control is conducted under the circumstances of the rotate speed of centrifugal pump motor for observing the absorption dose, the mixture dose,the mixing proportion and the changing situation. The results showed that the mixing proportion can be controlled with different concentrations on proportional control experimental platform of online jet mixing drug. In this way, the range of the mixing proportion is wider and the precision of the automatic mixing is higher. It proves the feasibility of this experimental platform scheme and builds a solid foundation for the further application.
