快速城市化区域农村空心化综合测度及地域类型划分——以长株潭地区为例

Comprehensive Measure and Regional Type Partition of Rural Hollowing under the Area of Rapid Urbanization:A Case Study of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Region

通过农村空心化的综合测度定量分析长株潭地区的农村空心化水平及地域类型分布格局,构建农村空心化综合测度模型,运用因子分析法和多指标综合评价法计算长株潭地区各县市区农村空心化水平,同时划分农村空心化的地域分异类型,分析不同地域类型区空心化的空间特征、影响因素及作用效果。研究表明,长株潭地区大部分县市区存在空心化现象,农村空心化综合整治潜力较大,地区发展不均衡的特点十分突出,且不同区域农村空心化驱动因子也有一定的差异。其中,芙蓉区、雨花区等为高度空心化区域;荷塘区、芦凇区等为较高空心化区域;雨湖区、醴陵市为中度空心化区域;望城区、长沙县等为较低空心化区域;湘乡市、茶陵县等为低度空心化区域。结合区域农村空心化水平及不同地域类型分布格局,为长株潭地区空心整治、乡村空间重构及城乡统筹发展提供理论依据与技术条件。

Research shows that ： the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area hollowing in most counties, the comprehensive improvement of the rural hollowing the potentiality and uneven regional development is very outstanding, the characteristics of different areas and rural hollowing driving factor also to have certain differences. Among them, Furong district, Yuhua district, such as for highly hollowing area; The Hetang district, the Lusong district, as high hollowing area; Yuhua district, Liling as moderate hollowing area; the Wangcheng district,the Changsha county to lower hollowing regional urban areas; The Xiangxiang, Chaling county, and other areas for low-alcohol hollowing. Combined with the regional rural hollowing out level and different geographical distribution pattern, hollow for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area of management, rural space reconstruction and provide theoretical basis and technical conditions on urban and rural harmonious development.
