粮食工程专业“能力+平台”教学体系构建的探索与实践——以南京财经大学为例

Exploration and Practice on“Ability+Platform”of Teaching System Construction of Grain Engineering——Taking Nanjing University of Finance and Economics for Example

该文介绍了我国粮食工程专业现状,针对目前粮食工程专业发展中所面临的问题,以南京财经大学为例对粮食工程"能力+平台"教学体系构建进行了探索,讨论了实践教学体系的构建思路、积累的经验和取得的效果,为粮食工程专业相关院校专业实践教学体系的发展提供参考借鉴。

The present status of grain engineering in China was introduced in this paper, in order to improve the exist- ing problems of grain engineering development, taking Nanjing University of Finance and Economics as an example, ＂ability ＋ platform＂ of teaching system construction of grain engineering was explored.The construction idea, experi- ences, and researching effects through the reform process of teaching system were discussed, and suggestions will be provided for teaching system development of grain engineering in relative universities.
