多销售渠道的企业虚拟库存池决策分析——预防性横向调货视角 被引量:2

Study on Inventory Sharing for Multi-locations:Based on the Preventive Lateral Transshiment Strategy

摘要 分析多销售渠道企业在需求信息更新后,判断并再平衡各渠道"库存缺货"与"库存剩余"情形,构建调货阶段与订货阶段的企业库存决策模型,研究表明企业采用预防性横向调货策略在其调货与订货决策中均具有可行解,提出一般决策模型并给出随机规划的数值求解方法,分析渠道间转移成本、信息更新能力、渠道数量、渠道结构等对企业订货决策与期望收益均产生不同程度的影响。 The enterprise with multi-locations generally faces the "stock out" or "excess inventory" after its demand updating. Inventory redistribution between the multi-channels can improve the performance of supply and demand. The basic model with preventive lateral transshipment strategy considering transshipment stage and ordering stage is constructed. The result shows that there are feasible solutions to the transshipment quantities and ordering decision. The general computational method is proposed to study how the factors as transshipment cost, demand updated capacity, number of locations, and location structure influence the inventory decision. Besides, expected profit is studied in the numerical evaluations part.
