Multi-objective Decision on Anti-seepage Programs in Reinforcement of the Earth-rock Dam Based on GRA and Entropy Weight

摘要 将灰色关联分析(GRA)与熵权理论相结合,建立了土石坝除险加固防渗方案多属性定量决策评价模型,并利用该模型计算分析了某土石坝除险加固最优防渗技术方案。相对于传统的主要凭工程经验选择方案的做法,多属性定量决策评价模型考虑问题更全面,决策结论很明确;引入熵权理论方法使评价指标权重确定更客观,决策方法较科学,因而具有较强的现实意义和推广价值。 This paper combines grey relational analysis (GRA) with entropy weight, establishes the earth rock dam reinforcement scheme of prevention of seepage of quantitative evaluation of multiple attribute decision model to calculate the optimal seepage prevention and reinforcement technique scheme of an earth rock dam reinforcement. Compared with the traditional options approach mainly depending on the project experience, multiple attribute decision model of quantitative evaluation considers decision problems more comprehensively, whose conclusion is clear. It is more objective to determine the weight of evaluation index by introducing entropy theory method. It's decision method is also scientific, therefore it has strong practical significance and value to popularize.
