摘要
合成中枢性肌松药氯苯甘油氨酯。以氯苯甘油醚和碳酸二乙酯为原料,利用微波辐射,在氧化铝负载单氧化钠(JAM-6型)酯交换催化剂的作用下反应生成氯苯甘油氨酯,用丁醇重结晶制备得最终产物。利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测,确认结晶为氯苯甘油氨酯,纯度99.9%,收率85.6%。液相色谱图中未见β-氯苯甘油氨酯的色谱峰。
To synthesize central muscle relaxants chlorphenesin carbamate.With the method of microwave radiation,start from chlorphenesin and diethyl carbonate,using Alumina-supported single sodium oxide(JAM-6 type) as transesterification catalyst,react and get chlorphenesin carbamate.Recrystallize with butanol to obtain a final product.Tested by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) detection,chlorphenesin carbamate crystallization was confirmed,purity 99.9%,yield 85.6%.Liquid chromatogram shows no β-chlorphenesin carbamate peaks.
