常压酸溶法制备聚合氯化铝的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 本实验以氢氧化铝、铝酸钙等为原料,采用常压酸解聚合二步法试验出优质的聚合氯化铝,并大大提高了氧化铝的溶出率。本实验着重考察不同酸溶试剂对氧化铝溶出率的影响,研究初始盐酸浓度、投加硫酸或投加混合酸对反应的影响。结果表明,初始盐酸浓度为30%左右为佳;在聚合反应时中添加混合酸显著提高了溶出率(100.7%)。制成的PAC产品的净水效果优于市售某知名品牌产品。 This test prepared high-quality PAC with Al(OH)3and Calcium aluminate mine,using two-step method of acid dissolution and polymerization at normal atmospheric temperature.The study focused on the effect of different acid on the extraction rate of Al_2O_3,in which the starting concentration of HCl,addition of H2SO4 and mixed acids were tested.The result illustrated that the optimal starting concentration of HCl is 30%,and adding mixed acids at the polymerization step could enhance obviously the extraction rate of Al_2O_3(100.7%).The water purification performance of thus prepared PAC was tested and better than a market product.
