摘要
锰矿石是重要的锰化工原料来源。构成锰矿石的锰矿物主要有碳酸锰矿、氧化锰矿和硅酸锰矿。样品经浓磷酸分解,硫酸亚铁铵容量法测定总锰。用硝酸铝溶液浸取碳酸锰,再用硫酸羟胺-硫酸浸取氧化锰,残渣用硝酸、盐酸、高氯酸、氢氟酸四酸分解测定硅酸锰。方法对不同锰矿石样品进行了物相重复分析,各相中锰量测定结果的精密度符合测试质量技术规范要求。
Manganese ore is an important raw material source of manganese chemical industry.Manganese ore was composed mainly of carbonate manganese ore,manganese oxide and silicate manganese ore.The samples were dissolved with phosphoric acid,The total manganese was determined by ammonium ferrous sulfate volumetric method.The manganese carbonate phase was extracted by aluminum nitrate solution,and then hydroxylamine sulfate-sulfuric acid system was used to extract manganese oxide phase.The residue were dissolved with nitric acid,hydrochloric acid,perchloric acid and hydrofluoric acid to measure manganese silicate phase.The chemical phase analysis of different manganese ore samples were repeated 6 times by this method.The precision of manganese measurement results in each phase can conform the requirements of test quality specifications.
