苯胺装置因扩大产能,需要增加控制机柜和操作台,并同时要求对原有的辅操台和操作台进行不停车的在线搬迁。通过搬迁前准备、搬迁过程中辅操台常开常闭触点的选择、操作台按钮信号线的接线和检测、辅操台搬迁过程中的联锁信号强制、新操作台网络地址设置、网线的铺设安装等一系列步骤,安全实现了在线搬迁。搬迁过程中,遇到了总停按钮的误接线导致系统对总停按钮开关无响应动作的情况,通过及时的测试检测,排除了接线错误,恢复了系统对总停开关的响应动作。

Aniline plant for capacity expansion,was needed to increase the cabinet of control and working station,and relocate online the original auxiliary operating platform and working station without stop production at the same time.Safe online relocation is realized by the preparation before moved,auxiliary operating units normally open and closed contact of choice in the process of relocation,button of working station signal wiring and testing,auxiliary operating platform interlocking signal force in the process of relocation,settings of the new work station of network address,the laying of cable installation.In the process of relocation,the stop button by mistake wiring system to the total stop button switch without response action,timely detection tests.The connection error was ruled out,and the system response to the stop switch was restored.
