摘要
为更准确的评价大气环境质量,作者构建了新型中心三角灰色聚类环境空气质量评价模型。该模型充分考虑了上、下限等级白化权函数与中间等级白化权函数的不同,同时调整了等级特征值的计算公式,不仅可以准确判定环境空气质量等级,还可以确定多个评价对象之间的相对排序。经验证,新型评价模型综合性能明显由于其余三种聚类模型。结果显示,2014年杭州市环境空气质量处于Ⅱ类和III类的临界水平。
To evaluate environmental atmospheric quality more exactly,writer created a new grey clustering model based on improvement center triangular whitenization weight function.In this model,it is not only fully considered the difference between the bound whitenization weight function and the middle one.,but also corrected the computational formula of grade eigenvalue to evaluate the grade of environmental atmospheric quality exactly and make sure the orders of evaluation targets.It has been tested that the model can give the relatively exact result than other three clustering model.The result tells that the atmospheric environmental quality of Hangzhou in 2014 is at the point turinng from Grade Ⅱ to Grade Ⅲ.
