惠阳污水厂二期扩建,把原来的CAST工艺改为倒置A2/O工艺,用二氧化氯代替紫外消毒,出水达到出水都达到国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级B标准。该工艺节省土地和投资费用。本文讲述该厂扩建前后的工艺设计和设备参数、设计要点和运行情况。

Huiyang wastewater plant phase ii expansion is that the inverted A^2/O process is used instead of the original CAST process,and disinfection with chlorine dioxide instead of ultraviolet.The effluent from new process can meet the national ＂ urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard ＂（GB18918-2002） standard of level 1 B.The inverted A^2/O process can save land and investment cost.This paper tells the plant before and after the expansion of the process design and equipment parameters,key points of design and operation.
