适用于RFI工艺的氰酸酯树脂基体的研制

摘要 以环氧和聚砜树脂改性氰酸酯树脂,并进行预反应,制备了适用于树脂膜溶渗(RFI)工艺的高性能树脂基体膜。树脂基体在110℃附近具有较低黏度和较长的凝胶时间。树脂基体固化后具有良好的力学性能和耐热性,制备的高强玻璃布复合材料综合性能与预浸料工艺制备的复合材料性能相近,孔隙率更低。 A resin film suitable for resin film infusion (tLFI) process was prepared by the prepolymerization of cyanate ester resin with epoxy resin and polysulfone resin. The resin shows a low viscosity and a long gel time at around 110℃. The cured resin has higher mechanical properties and heat resistance. The comprehensive properties of the composite fabricated by RFI process are similar to that by prepregs process, except a lower void content.
