Values are the soul of the national culture. Reflecting the national will,core values are put forward,which shows the legitimacy ethics of the political party and appeals to the establishment of good social order and public healthy spiritual order.Being such a 'three-in-one' practice,its success reflects the level of our national theoretical sense.
