摘要 目的采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化浙贝母Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus中二氧化硫残留量的测定。方法滴定-荧光光谱法测定二氧化硫残留量。以氢氧化钠溶液用量、反应温度和反应时间为因素,样品荧光强度为指标,BoxBehnken响应面法进行优化。结果最佳条件为0.125 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液用量3 m L,反应温度70℃,反应时间20 min,实测值与预测值偏差为1.48%。结论该方法操作简便,预测性良好。 AIM To optimize the determination of sulfur dioxide residue in Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus by Box-Behnken response surface method. METHODS Titration-fluorescence spectroscopy was used for determining the sulfur dioxide residue. With sodium hydroxide solution amount,reaction temperature and reaction time as factors,together with fluorescence intensity as an index,the optimization was carried out by Box-Behnken response surface method. RESULTS The best conditions were 3 mL for 0. 125 mol / L sodium hydroxide solution amount,70 ℃ for reaction temperature,and 20 min for reaction time. The deviation between measured value and predicted value was 1. 48%. CONCLUSION This method is easy to operate with good predictability.
