摘要
目的测定不同地区(中国新疆、河北、内蒙古、吉林、四川、甘肃、辽宁,以及马来西亚、印度、埃及、秘鲁、墨西哥)驴皮中铅、镉、铜、铬、砷、汞的含有量。方法采用原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法分析这6种元素,比较其含有量差异。结果在所有样品中,汞均未被检出,镉含有量最低。不同地区元素含有量差异明显。结论驴皮中砷、铅、镉、铜、铬含有量分别不得超过1.0、2.0、0.1、2.0、1.0 mg/kg,汞不得检出。
AIM To determine the contents of Pb,Cd,Cu,Cr,As and Hg in the skins of Equus asinus L.from different areas( Xinjiang,Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Jilin,Sichuan,Gansu and Liaoning in China,together with Malaysia,India,Egypt,Peru and Mexico). METHODS Atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used for analyzing these six elements,then the differences of their contents were then compared. RESULTS In all the samples,Hg was not detected,and Cd content was the lowest. There were obvious differences in the contents of elements among different areas. CONCLUSION In the skins of E. asinus,the contents of As,Pb,Cd,Cu and Cr should be less than 1. 0 mg / kg,2. 0 mg / kg,0. 1 mg / kg,2. 0 mg / kg and1. 0 mg / kg,respectively. And Hg should not be detected.
