摘要 模糊监控是对传统的工业过程图表监控方式的一类改进策略。通过对复杂工业过程监控方法的研究,针对复杂工业过程非线性、关联度强的数据特性,给出了一种基于FRI-FCM算法的工业过程模糊监控方法,建立了简化的分类产生式规则的模糊知识表达方法。采用基于模糊匹配度的监控推理,实现了对工业过程异常状态的预测。试验结果验证了所提方法的有效性。 Fuzzy supervisory approaches are recognized as the improvement of traditional diagram supervisory systems for industrial processes. Taking advantage of the studies on process monitoring methodologies for complex industrial processes, a fuzzy supervisory approach for industrial processes based on a FRI - FCM algorithm is presented to deal with the nonlinear and highly correlated process data. By building the fuzzy representation of simplified classifying production rules and using fuzzy reasoning based on fuzzy matching degrees, the implemented system is able to predicate the abnormality of industrial processes. Furthermore, an engineering instance is employed to verify the effectiveness of the contribution.
