摘要
针对用于电热地膜耐压检测试验的高压交流电源,进行了基于DSP方面的研究。采用单相桥式逆变电路以及T1公司生产的TMS320F2812控制芯片对SPWM信号进行调节,实现对电源电压的控制。采用数字PI控制器对电源系统进行闭环控制,并在电源工作原理的基础上完成了电源的软硬件设计。实测结果验证了该电源系统应用于电压准确控制的正确性及可行性,表明该电源能够满足电热地膜耐压检测的实际需求。
For the high -voltage AC power supply,which is used for withstand voltage detection of electro -thermal heating film; the research related to digital signal processor (DSP) is conducted. The single - phase bridge inverter circuit and TMS320F2812control chip produced by T1 Company are adopted to adjust SPWM signal and control the voltage of power supply. Digital PI controller is adopted to realize closed - loop control for the power system,and the software and hardware of the system are designed based on the operational principle of power supply. The results of practical test verify the correctness and feasibility of this power supply system applying in accurate voltage control, and indicate that the power supply can satisfy the requirement for withstand voltage detection of electro - thermal heating film.
